PRENATAL
Relieve pregnancy-related discomfort as you prepare your body for birth. We work with a touch that is effective and safe for you and your baby. We are attentive to common problem areas such as shoulders, low back, hips and feet. Prenatal and postnatal massage has many benefits. It improves sleep and blood circulation, reduces sciatic nerve pain, and can even prevent and relieve headaches.

TMJ / TMD
Our TMJ / TMD therapy is designed for pain management related to temporomandibular joint dysfunction and associated muscular imbalances. Treatment may include focused work on the primary muscles of mastication and surrounding structures, performed externally and intraorally when appropriate, to reduce tension, improve joint mobility, and support functional movement. Sessions may help decrease pain, improve range of motion, and support ongoing symptom management.
